Shower Curtain

Bathing ourselves could be an act of returning to the womb, or to the point of birth. Religions usually code a bathing ritual into their practices to illustrate a change in spiritual being. They become born again but also they become a new spiritual being.

We also travel to clean ourselves. We travel to discover that part of ourselves that is hidden, a new self. Where as clean makes new of the familiar, travel makes new of the unfamiliar.

Here I have used two images simultaneously to begin to co-mingle these ideas.A driver's perspective in a city at high speeds with a stationary position looking at and sometimes through a shower-curtain.
